This is an administrative function performed from the password-protected Admin portal.
SimSpray® software updates are posted online and available for download.
Apply a SimSpray® software update using either a USB flash drive or CD. The USB flash drive or CD should be connected or loaded into the SimSpray® unit before beginning the SimSpray® software update.
Administrators apply SimSpray® software updates from the Admin portal using the Update Software option.
To Apply a SimSpray® Update:
- Tap the Update Software button on the Admin portal.
- Tap the Yes button in the confirmation pop up.
No Update Found
A message box will appear if no SimSpray® Update USB flash drive or CD was found. Confirm the USB flash drive is connected or the CD is loaded into the SimSpray® unit and retry.
Invalid Update
A message box will appear if the SimSpray® Update USB flash drive or CD was found but is not formatted correctly. Confirm the SimSpray® Update USB flash drive or CD is formatted according to the creating instructions included with the update.
